Deanna Ryan, the owner of Ryan Law Group in Chicago, has had an inspiring journey in the legal profession.
Initially, she aspired to become a litigator and gained valuable experience working at a litigation firm and clerking for a federal judge. Her career took an unexpected turn when she found a job at a real estate law firm. Ryan discovered her true passion in helping families, investors, landlords and tenants with one of the most significant decisions of their lives – buying or selling property.
Being a lawyer, a mom, a business owner and a boss, Ryan juggles multiple roles effortlessly. Starting her firm at 29 was a bold entrepreneurial move but one that she has never regretted, and 15 years later, Ryan Law Group continues to thrive and counsel a loyal clientele in all their real estate ventures. One of her best traits is her ability to “read the room.” Knowing your audience is crucial in any profession, and Ryan’s empathetic approach and ability to understand her client’s needs has been a key factor in her success. With a team of eight dedicated women, this Dynamic Woman is excited to see Ryan Law Group continue to grow.
On a personal front, as her daughters mature into young women, the proud mom eagerly anticipates witnessing their growth and traveling together while they’re still at home. Ryan is a board member of Luries’ Children’s Service Board, a volunteer group that fundraises to support various campaigns at the hospital. Their annual Gold Coast Fashion Show is a significant fundraiser, generating over $1 million yearly.
With her ambitious yet compassionate approach as a lawyer, business owner and dedicated volunteer, Ryan continues to make a positive impact in the legal field and the community she serves.
